Cultivate Advisors doesn't have it all figured out and will be the first to tell you that. This is a quickly growing start up that is intensely focused on finding great talent and developing that talent to drive tremendous results for clients, small business owners from all over the world. There is a ton of opportunity to create impact for your clients and to shape and lead Cultivate as it navigates growth. I have loved how supportive the management team is, the flexibility the opportunity provides (there are high expectations of performance but ultimately you set your schedule), and the openness to ideas on evolving the model to continue to rapidly grow. This is an entrepreneurial environment working with entrepreneurial clients - fast paced, nimble, and frankly quite a bit of fun. I love my teammates and am very excited about what we're already doing and how much more we can and will do!

Having come from some fairly large and blue chip companies, this is a very DIY environment. I wouldn't say that is a con, but it certainly isn't for everyone. That is why we focus on hiring individuals who have lived the entrepreneurial life. Because of the stage we're in, we still have tons of learning and growing to do, which means if you're looking for a place that is slow and steady with a solid infrastructure and proven internal systems, you won't find that here. Cultivate will slow its rate of change every year but right now there is still a lot of concept testing to be done which means we have a very flat and constantly iterative environment that simply isn't for everyone.
