      nice company, very good on call compensation; lots of expensive software has been used over there, e.x, oracle RAC, Informatica ,Microstrategy, CRM, SQL data warehouse. Sharpen your competive ability in the market

      Inconvénients

      stress after the company shrink, one person have to take care many jobs

      There are some opportunities to develop your skills, but it's not an encouraging environment

      Inconvénients

      Lack of company direction. Too much political crap and questionable decisions to keep a company running efficiently. Bad product design and lack of tools for customer support

      Avantages

      At this time there aren't any good points unless you are being paid well for your job.

      Inconvénients

      Management in incompetent and there is significant political infighting amongst management. Competent employees are ostracized alienated and undermined.
