      Work remotely with option to have coworking. Good teamwork and collaboration. OKR based work. Flexible schedule.

      Small team. Not enough clarity with objectives and tasks. Startup with frequent product changes .

      Se puede aprender mucho y hay muchos proyectos muy interesantes.

      Inconvénients

      Excesiva rotación de personas. Excesivo micromanagement. No hay planificación ni perspectiva a futuro. Cambios de planes continuamente sobre la marcha y sin sentido alguno. Desgaste mental.
