      Very good benefits package Intelligent staff Regular hours Opportunities for learning about the justice system and legal profession Fair compensation

      Inconvénients

      Some departments had work underload while others had work overload, yet venturing outside your role was discouraged. Unnecessary staff was added at a time of predicted seasonal work underload, frustrating for everyone. Management asks for staff input but doesn't seem to take it into account Funding is unstable
