Avantages
I've worked with Course Compare founder and CEO Rob Furtado on a few different projects over the years. When he asked me to help him get an education marketplace off the ground, I naturally jumped at the opportunity. The work is extremely interesting and the people Rob has assembled, from programmers to digital marketers to designers, are some one of the smartest and most professional you'll ever meet. If you're interested in seeing how a tech startup gets built, and you're passionate about technology and education, this is basically a dream job. People on the team clearly believe that what they're doing matters.
Inconvénients
Like at any startup, you'll be expected to find opportunities and learn and problem solve on the job. If you're the sort of person who needs tons of structure, I'd recommend working for a bank instead : )
