Avantages
It is a shame that most of the other reviews are from disgruntled employees. Actually, Corepharma is a great company for one to grow. The company itself is growing (there are some ups and downs of course). There is great opportunity there. The best part is that, because the company is small, you get to interact with many different departments and therefore learn a great deal more than if you were in a large company and had 1 task to perform. Additionally, the company takes you seriously if you'd like to switch into other departments that you are interested in. This is really important if one goes into the pharmaceutical industry and wants grow/change fields. I truly believe that the CEO (Mr. White) is someone who is trustworthy and sincere, which is not always present with business people. With him now leading the company, I believe you can expect that sincerity to trickle down through to everyone else.
Inconvénients
Sometimes the office culture is negative, intimidating and too hierarchical . This is probably a remnant of how the company used to be. Never the less, it is difficult to find a company with no office politics or bullies, so Corepharma isn't so bad. Even if there is some negative office politics, HR and management is very supportive of trying to remedy situations.
