The messiest most unstable and Hostile Jail I've ever worked at! - Avis employé Correctional Officer CoreCivic

I had good things to say about CCA when I first started. That was before I seen how it is REALLY ran. They are unorganized. They never relieve you on time. They don't care how far you live or how tired you are, they will work you to DEATH! I learned that a former employee died trying to get home from being overworked! Staff is MESSY and full of DRAMA! Captains and Lieutenants especially! The most disrespectful I've ever seen. They don't care about your well being at all They try to act like they care but you can see right through the BS. They bully you purposely to make you quit. I've seen some of the worst things happen there in the little time that I was there. More than 20 people quit because of the staff and how they treat people. I've seen a LOT o f good workers quit! They play a lot of favoritism. I wouldn't recommend a DOG to stay there and work. Hell I feared for the inmates more than my own piers! Its only a few good workers there, and even they want to quit. They won't let you promote or advance at all. This job requires your SOUL. So if you don't have a life or family this would be the job for you.
