General scribe work is extremely monotonous and repetitive. Most jobs cover the same exact topics (stocks, insurance, retirement, etc.)

Casual dress code and atmosphere. The job itself was ok.

Zero integrity.
Do not care about (most of) the employees.
Unprofessional and unfair (there is a clearly established pecking order and favoritism.)
Rather than being awarded for your service and loyalty as time goes by, your benefits get taken away.
