      Working by yourself. Setting your own schedule. Really nice management.

      Inconvénients

      Working by yourself. Fast pace. Steep learning curve. It's hard to understand phone calls most of the time, so it's just aggravating.

      Very flexible schedule, relaxed work environment (no dress code), competitive pay scale depending on your skill and progression

      Inconvénients

      General scribe work is extremely monotonous and repetitive. Most jobs cover the same exact topics (stocks, insurance, retirement, etc.)

      Avantages

      Casual dress code and atmosphere. The job itself was ok.

      Inconvénients

      Zero integrity. Do not care about (most of) the employees. Unprofessional and unfair (there is a clearly established pecking order and favoritism.) Rather than being awarded for your service and loyalty as time goes by, your benefits get taken away.
