      Avantages

      Nice co-workers who were very helpful, worked very hard and took the jobs dedicatedly.

      Inconvénients

      Even though the employees worked very hard, there was no appreciation and they were treated disrespectfully like they were nobody. Supervisor made a quick judgment without figured out what was the real cause that made the production was behind. There was no system such as ERP system to organize the company's operations.

      Avantages

      Some good, hard working people who care about their work and give it their heart. Interesting product concepts are compelling for customers.

      Inconvénients

      Management creates a very toxic environment. Worst employer I ever had. Engineering does not properly vet their designs before releasing them to the market.
