      Avantages

      For those looking for good stack development and deployment experience, this is a good place to be. Due to its small size, people who are relatively young get exposed to reasonably good work.

      Inconvénients

      Continuous Computing had a good work culture. But lately, especially after being acquired by Radisys, it seems to have gone downhill. It is mimicking most other big service oriented cultures such as tracking swipes etc. Internally things are getting very disorganized too, with a lot of churn in the workforce etc.

      compensation, work environment, good perks and activities from HR organized events.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours. Tight deadlines. Need to go the extra mile. Internal support very limited.
