      Brainstorming is much easier, when working face-to-face with team. Easy walk-in access to advise and other experts.

      Inconvénients

      Facility manager is the highest ruler, not an engineer of any kind. Policy driven nonsense without exceptions.

      People are great to work with. Pretty lenient when requesting days off.

      Inconvénients

      Will leave you on overhead for weeks at a time.
