      Inconvénients

      Immense pressure to meet a quota is constantly a hassle with upper management; as if they only care about the money you can produce not the person or problems you are faced with.

      Making great relationships with employees and some staff

      Inconvénients

      They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
