      Avantages

      I have been with Connection 5 years now. There is lots of room to grow. The management team is very supportive and helpful. The benefits are great -401k, healthcare, PTO, etc. I have been very happy working here.

      Inconvénients

      Compensation is not as competitive as it could be.

      Work with excellent and experienced team that support each other. We have a lot of offerings and capabilities to promote and sell.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, huge focus on making and exceeding quota, very competitive industry with low margins to win large deals.
