Avantages

-Vacation was good, health insurance was decent -Perfect for a new grad or anybody looking to dive into Sales/tech industry

Inconvénients

-Leadership : A lot of fluff coming down from Tim and other higher management on direction of company -Pay: below industry standards , commission percentage is awful -If you are in the Chicago market,good luck getting feet off the ground. Very hard to break into CDW strongholds and good buying accounts that may be available always go to tenured reps -CRM tool: it sucks, it’s outdated, and glitchy

Work with excellent and experienced team that support each other. We have a lot of offerings and capabilities to promote and sell.

Inconvénients

Long hours, huge focus on making and exceeding quota, very competitive industry with low margins to win large deals.
