Avantages
Connection is a great place for those that are serious about a sales career or looking to make a difference as a sales leader. The territory is large, potential is endless, but you have to want to work for your success because it does not get handed to you at Connection. I have the privilege of working with very talented and hard working individuals that provide me with excitement and challenges that I need to feel satisfied with my job. I also think Connection supports work life balance, I've always felt supported in the things I have going on outside of work and have never felt guilty about taking the time I need.
Inconvénients
At the moment, there are a couple system transitions that are causing some challenges, but they are improving and I feel they will be relatively short-lived. Connection is a very process heavy with many of those processes reliant on email which can be hard to manage if you are not organized. New processes, organizational announcements, etc...mostly come through via email so you have to read your email at Connection to keep up!
