Avantages
Connection offers some great job paths and plenty of experience to spring yourself into an alternate career path. There are a few great people within the company and I believe that they will eventually take control and lead the company to a very successful future.
Inconvénients
Connection is very old school. They don't embrace or implement the very technology they're helping customers obtain. Connection is kind of "stuck in the 90s" if you will... The CEO, Tim McGrath, has no vision, influence, or sense of direction. I don't feel like he's the captain of a ship headed towards anything... He feels more like someone the board of directors can easily manipulate. Eventually, someone else will takeover and Connection will start to adapt and grow to it's full potential.
