trip-wire policies that do not server/protect the employee. Way too easy to get reprimanded with no way to appeal. Quick termination and/or loss of bonuses.
"Scape-coating" seems to be the preferred way to deal with management "errors". Too many "trip-wires" to get into a "PIP" Performance Improvement Plan that ends in termination rather than a real plan for improvement.
Favoritism seems to be a big factor as well.
Over-all, a difficult environment to work in.
