In the configuration lab, our lab techs and managers stand ready to install and deliver our technology solutions. When onboarding a new associate, whether a colleague or manager, it is realistic to rely on the knowledge and strength of the team to acquaint the individuals with processes and procedures of the department. In light of some key changes that have been recently implemented, as well as our focus on Lean Management techniques, we are seeing vast improvements in key indicators including throughput and quality.
