We do regularly bench mark our compensation programs, and have established a salary grade structure which is very competitive in the areas we work and live in. Compensation varies based on a number of factors such as time in position, previous work history, and job performance. While we do not offer free coffee, there are numerous benefits and perks we do offer so one needs to look at the total offering. We recognize that the transformation to a National Solutions Provider is not an easy one, but we are making significant strides to do this across all departments.
