      Avantages

      Flexible schedule, they're super unorganized which means you don't have to be organized either, no real responsibility, small company.

      Inconvénients

      No leadership, lack of accountability, mountain of software issues means you spend a lot of time repeatedly fixing basic problems, company always on the verge of going out of business.

      Avantages

      Ability to work on whatever you want, flexible schedule, casual work environment.

      Inconvénients

      Management doesn't get very involved, leaving morale a bit low. Not too much structure/strategy for growth.
