      It is a great place to work, I am very happy with the opportunities that the company offers and that I can perfectly combine my work with my personal life

      Inconvénients

      I would like to have the opportunity to be able to organize schedules to study and work at the same time.

      Avantages

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Inconvénients

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
