      Avantages

      upfront about policies and what is expected of you. My project has all the overtime you want.

      Inconvénients

      right hand has no idea what the left is doing. HR a joke in trying to get anything accomplished. Still trying to get enrolled in benefits. Corporate login doesn't work. HR says its IT. IT says its HR and management is supposed to be putting in tickets to get it resolved but no one seems to want to try get it fixed

      Avantages

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Inconvénients

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Avantages

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Inconvénients

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
