      Avantages

      - I started the role remotely due to the pandemic and Tigerspike made the entire experience very easy (hardware and logins provided in a timely manner) - Entire team is friendly and approachable - Engineering team are very knowledgeable and they like to teach you new things - There is a massive effort to keep employees social with remote, quizzes, cooking lessons and yoga

      Inconvénients

      - None that I have experienced so far

      Avantages

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Inconvénients

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Avantages

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Inconvénients

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
