      1. Salary - I was paid extremely well 2. Telecommuting was allowed...that was nice 3. Pretty good employees where I worked

      Inconvénients

      1. We had layoffs every 6 months, 2x a year. That should explain it all REAL quick! haha

      Most of the people are good to work with

      Inconvénients

      They expect you to save money, but they pay for executive level people to travel to Chandler site when a video conference would suffice.
