Avantages
Very few, and those are unintentional. It's possible to be completely invisible and unconnected from everyone you work with, especially management.
Inconvénients
Quite a lot. Inept leadership that is indifferent to employees at best, antagonistic at worst. Hamstrung by bureaucracy and gratuitous processes. Getting anything done involves navigating a maze of disjointed offices and procedures. Management is utterly unconcerned with employees, and largely just going through the motions of practices they don't fully grasp. Since ComTech acquired TCS, there has been a very thick climate of fear and uncertainty. Several rounds of mass layoffs to cut costs while the President was having his giant office remodeled. Benefits have also been cut significantly. Compensation is mediocre.
