      None. Avoid this bunch like the plague. They are circling the drain.

      Inconvénients

      Micromanaged, overdocumented, would rather hold meetings than actually make progress. Never saw a report or meeting they didn't like. No wonder they had company-wide layoffs.

      CTG is part of Cegeka, which is a big European company that offers depth in the IT arena. If you want to learn more about how an IT department should be run, they have a lot of playbooks you can use.

      Its a big company and hard to find things or people who can help you easily.
