      Avantages

      It's a job the pay was alright for my expericence. If you had an IT job which is what they normally do they have quite a bit of resources for you.

      Inconvénients

      It's a temp agency with no job security and no interaction at all with the company that you work for. No resources for anything other than IT.

      CTG is part of Cegeka, which is a big European company that offers depth in the IT arena. If you want to learn more about how an IT department should be run, they have a lot of playbooks you can use.

      Its a big company and hard to find things or people who can help you easily.
