Prefers to blame IT when the yearly goals are not met. -IT project philosophy prefers Band-Aid fixes over permanent solutions. -Stress of technology problems fosters a culture of pass-the-blame over self-betterment. -People with 10+ years of employment at the company still require handholding and resent being treated like adults. -Clients are not happy with endless project delays and malfunctioning systems; and some have threatened to end contracts.
