      Freedom, company vehicle, a couple holidays. You learn how to do everything alone or with help from a lead.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay. They talk to you like you are a hive mind. Rarely treated as an individual.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
