      Avantages

      Contracted with good companies, contract managers are pretty hands free, most communication is through onsite job managers

      Inconvénients

      Low pay for industry, benefits not very good especially healthcare options, communication not great. Contract has been extended by 4 months instead of offering pay raise. Not willing to negotiate for more pay with clients.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
