      They welcome personnel from all walks.

      Inconvénients

      As a transgender woman working in the field, I didn't get much say on who I had to support, which included at least one company known for being on the anti-LGBT naughty list at the time of my departure.

      Avantages

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
