      They always had plenty of work for everyone to do and the environment was quite. Not a lot of distractions.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
