      Plenty of work. Lot's of wiggle room. Opportunity for OT and on-call. OEM certifications and all kinds of free web based training. Working closely with your team to support customers.

      Inconvénients

      Some years small/no raises. Hard to be brought in full time and not from a temp agency.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises
