      Avantages

      I love my co-workers and job. The work is consistent and busy. Able to work remotely. Time off is good

      Inconvénients

      Worked for over 9 years with this company and the first 4 years there were no raises given. The next few years were minimal amounts about 1% a year. 9 years and I have only earned $3 more in pay.

      Avantages

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
