      No pay raises, got rid of the PPO and now we are stuck with a High Deductible insurance policy that is not really affordable.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
