      Good experience for someone just starting their career.

      Inconvénients

      The is no room for growth, salaries are on the extreme low end in the market, management isn't interested in helping employees succeed. High turnover rate.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
