      The company pays for training and certifications.

      Inconvénients

      No pay increase. On the job training is extremely bad. You're pretty much throw. To the wolves to learn on your own with a phone number to call if you have questions.

      Avantages

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
