      Avantages

      They have a cafeteria with fridge and refreshments but you have to bring your own most of the time

      Inconvénients

      Department silos people that don't work together. They blame interpersonal conflicts on cultural differences but that's not the issue the issue is the company that doesn't care about employees like many others these days.

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
