      Opportunity for career growth - I was working as a Sr. Talent Acquisition recruiter for the last year and a half. I was promoted to the manager role and had a positive experience applying and interviewing for the role.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
