Avantages
This is a growing company, and has grown by mergers and acquisitions of several great companies. There are a few really guru-level people that are spread thinly, but they are generally willing to jump into a situation of need.
Inconvénients
The company slogan is "Tier 1 service at a Tier 2 cost". Any reasoned guess how a company can do that? Right. The President posts great messages about profits every year since 1987, never a loss, but all the staff hear from their managers is cut, cut, cut. That;s how. There is too close an eye on numbers instead of on the smart people that generate the great numbers, and I am not talking about the sales people.
