      Great local team at FMM, great work flexibility with direct team lead and team atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      Senior management lack of foresight and lack of internal development to continue to foster growth for team member. Doesn't recognize value and growth of employee.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises
