      Avantages

      Room for advancement in the right network of jobs

      Inconvénients

      Directors of Reporting and Senior Directors of Service desk need to learn what is needed and not treat it as accounting nightmare Numbers they used for billing clients are fabricated by using calls not tickets Put people in jobs above their skill level then give them a bad review when you were not their manager that long

      Avantages

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
