      Great people, salaries are competitive

      Inconvénients

      Primary offerings are outdated and commoditized, customers leave too often due to perceived lack of value. Company also was struggling to overcome systemic service delivery issues.

      Avantages

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
