      I have been allow an incredible leeway for what I want to do in this company. As for salary you need to go for the salary you want and you have to ask for raises. You will not get them by just waiting for your boss to notice you great work.

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
