      Avantages

      HR were nice to me and allowed me to have good maternity leave

      Inconvénients

      Really bad culture and you had to be friends with the appropiate people to grow. Talented people left the company so often because only friends of the boss would be the one promoted.

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
