      Decent Benefits. Fairly generous PTO after extended employment.

      Inconvénients

      Upper Management chooses to micro-manage but fails to respond or acknowledge any concerns raised. Consistently finds excuses to deny raises. Poor upward mobility potential if not in an HQ role

      - Easy once finding a rhythm - Decent pay for entry level position - Good hands-on experience to prepare for higher level positions

      Inconvénients

      - Very repetitive - Can get boring after a few months - No guarantee for yearly raises

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
