      Good work, life balance. Plenty of opportunities. Management will work with you to accommodate if you are not in the right fit.

      Inconvénients

      Low salary and no raises. Benefits not great. Did I mention lower paid than techs in other contracting companies?

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Avantages

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
