      The people, laid back environment, causal dress code, growing organization, cool new corporate office

      Inconvénients

      Benefits-No sick days, no break room, culture, high turn over across the board, constant internal restructuring, no privacy- people stack on top of each other with seating arrangements

      Able to work remotely from home. Medical Benefits

      Inconvénients

      Very cheap with their non management level people. Very difficult to get raises and then when you do get one they let you go for financial reasons.
