      Avantages

      The company is located in north west plano. Great location if you live in the area.

      Inconvénients

      Compucom does not appreciate the employees. There is a lack of urgency in the payroll and hr dept.

      Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Inconvénients

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
